Tania Easton is our Director of Strategic Partnerships. She has a degree in Child & Adolescent Studies as well as Human Services. She is a dedicated youth and family advocate with over 15 years of experience spanning roles in parent and child education, social work, and advocacy. She has worked closely with foster youth, children with special needs, adolescents, and parents providing education, advocacy, and resources. Her background includes developing curriculum, managing classrooms and budgets, facilitating parenting groups, conducting home assessments, supervising staff, and supporting students’ academic and behavioral needs. Tania has demonstrated a passion for empowering youth, strengthening families, and building community partnerships. In Tania’s role as Director of Strategic Partnerships, she cultivates relationships with community leaders, organizations, and service partners to amplify the impactful work happening at The Georgetown Project. Her goal is to drive systems change through collaboration and ensure our Georgetown families in need receive compassionate, holistic care.
