Bebe Johnson Joined The Georgetown Project Team in September of 2014 as the Coordinator for The NEST Empowerment Center. Bebe is a Williamson County native that attended Sul Ross State University in Alpine where she received a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Public Administration (M.P.A.). Bebe has been married (to the same man) since 1987 and they have been blessed to have two children that have grown into wonderfully interesting young adults. Bebe actually started her professional career at The Georgetown Project in 2000 as a Community Liaison. With encouragement from Leslie Janca, Bebe began the path to become a Certified Prevention Specialist for Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drugs. Bebe now holds an Advanced level Certified Prevention Specialist certification and has spent the last few years working as a Program Director for a county-wide nonprofit and then as a Program Coordinator for WCJS. Bebe is happy to be working directly with youth once again in a strength-based program that intentionally works to build assets in our youth.
