Make MATH time FUN time!! The foundation for learning the fundamentals of math concepts begins in the years of early childhood for children. During this time, it is important for children to be given math opportunities to learn and explore, hands-on manipulatives, everyday math experiences, increasing awareness for math vocabulary development, and play-based interactions to incorporate math learning into your classroom or center program. This training will provide participants the importance of math integration into the ECE learning environment according to NAEYC components, and will equip educators with tools to help incorporate math learning in a variety of formats, using fun strategies and innovative ways at each age level.
